NEW KYMCO /GARELLI/CAPRI 4stroke KIT
Polini Motori is an European leader as for the production of power units for every kind of 2 and 4-stroke competition scooters; this time Polini has created a new kit specific for 4-stroke 50cc Kymko Agility, Garelli Ciclone and Capri scooter. The new Polini power unit allows doubling the power: from 3 to 6 hp. Consequently, it allows great performance, above all at slow and medium revolutions, it optimises the power output at high speed, it betters the sprinting and renders the drive more dynamic. This huge "vitamin" to the engine is achieved thanks to the new cylinder, characterised by a 50 mm diameter bore. The new power unit is in light alloy; the pipe distinguishes itself thanks to the nickel-silicon treatment (it is not cast ironed as the original cylinder); it is extraordinary hardwearing and resists to abrasion, feature that improves the piston sliding. To manage so much power in the best way, Polini recommends assembling the 6-roller Speed Control variator specific for the engines of these 50cc scooters. The piston is a real masterpiece: it distinguishes itself thanks to its "omega" design; it allows containing thermic expansions and reducing stroke matching; it has two fine piston rings, the upper one of which is chromed. The scraper ring is composite; the design of the piston is new and optimises compression relation. The one-coat Inox steel head gasket has a techno-polymer fluoride covering; it reduces the exercise temperatures and increases the burnt gas seal at high temperature. ![[img]/img/insertedimages/cfa2b1cc.jpg[/img]](/img/insertedimages/cfa2b1cc.jpg)
