Sending
All Items will be sent next day when possible. All items will be sent first class mail and dependent on Item value postage will be first class recorded, Larger and heavier Item,s ie; Engine kits,Clutches etc...will be sent by courier for next day delivery during the periods Mon - Thursday,This excludes weekends unfortunately due to courier charges being excessive.
Non Stock Items
When an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery, and give you the option of cancellation and refund.

You can check the current status of your order at any time. We welcome your feedback and any technical questions and will endeavour to answer inquiries within 24 hours.
Credit/Charge Card Details
We operate a secure encrypted site where necessary, all Internet transactions are handled by PAYPAL system, we do not store nor have access to your card information.
Returns
When goods are supplied in error (solely on our part) we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full.
Supply errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
When goods are ordered in error by you, returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Goods also may be subject to further deduction to take account of the condition in which goods are returned in our sole discretion to this end all goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked.
On no account will we accept the return of Electrical goods.
